Ladner Minor Fastball Association is centered around the Hawthorne Park area. This park is adjacent to the Hawthorne Elementary school, located directly west of the baseball diamonds.

DIRECTIONS TO HAWTHORNE PARK:

Coming south from Vancouver and or Richmond area on Highway #99, take exit 28 immediately after the Deas Island Tunnel. This is River Road heading south. At the first light (about 1 Km south of #99), turn left onto Central, at the round-about take the left fork about 1 Km due south of highway 99, go about 1/2 km along Cresent to the stop sign. The stop sign is at 52nd Avenue. Turn Right on 52 and head west. Park is between next 2 streets, south of 52nd. Depending on which parking lot, take either the first street or continue west to end, turn left and left again at first street to enter parking lot of Hawthorne Elementary school.

HAWTHORNE Park PARKING AREAS

Primary parking lot for Hawthorne Park Diamond 1 is about 100 meters West of Cresent. Take the first left heading south on 56B? to the eastern parking lot.

Secondary parking is at Hawthorne School on the west side of the park. Continue west on 52nd Ave to the stop sign on Central. Turn left and then left again into the school parking lot.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS IF HEADED SOUTH (from Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, N. Van)

South on Highway #99 and exit just after tunnel at Exit 29, River Road south, left at first traffic light (about 1 Km south), left at roundabout to stop sign (about 1/2 km), right turn and immediate left, fields on your right.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS IF HEADED NORTH (from US Border, White Rock, Surrey, Langley, ..)

Highway #10 west into Ladner, right (north) at 7-11 / Esso gas station, second street left heads west then turns north and park is immediately on left.

From All points South, coming north on Highway #99, exit at River Road, exit 28 and turn left towards the Ferry Terminal on Highway 17 southbound. If you are headed south on River Road from North Delta and Surrey area, continue on River Road as it turns into Highway 17. About half a kilometer south of the Highway 99 and 17 interchange, is Highway 10 (East bound) also known as Ladner Trunk Road (westbound). Turn right heading west on Ladner Trunk road, second light turn right (7-11 and Esso on corner) heading north to the third street (51 Ave) on left. Turn left and follow until it turns north and you will see the park on your left.
