Ladner Minor Fastpitch Association (LMFA) Privacy Policy.

This web site and the related web pages contained herein (collectively, the "Site") make available information about the operations of the Ladner Minor Fastpitch Association, LMFA, for the sole use of our members, affiliate clubs, visiting clubs and guests.

Your privacy is important to LMFA ("we"/"us"). We adhere to the following guidelines regarding your privacy.

1. When we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Identity Information"), we will explicitly ask. We will provide you with the means to make sure that your Personal Identity Information is correct and current whenever possible. Generally, your Personal Identity Information is requested once yearly.

2. LMFA and our service providers utilize Personal Identity Information to operate our site, provide services, and inform you of new features, services, and products on an as needed basis.

3. We will NEVER share your personal information with any other organization other than those that absolutely require it such as Softball BC and any governement agencies that audit our 'non-profit' organization. From time to time we will send out email requests to you that we think are pertinent.

4. Our executive may disclose Personal Identity Information when required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law or with legal processes served on us or the site; (b) protect and defend property of LMFA or this site, and (c) act in exigent circumstances to protect us, the personal safety of users, and the site, or the public.
